Who We Are

The Luxe Assistant Co. is a Virtual Assistance company based out of Miami, Florida specializing in remote Personal Assistance to high and ultra-high net worth individuals and their families along with remote business administration services to small and mid size businesses.

This company was founded by Melissa Cardoza, 26 year-old wife, mother of 2, and entrepreneur who took this company and her dream from a small virtual assistant company, to a 6-figure company with multiple assistants and clients in the U.S. and internationally.

Melissa has a passion for growing not only in her personal endeavors, but for those around her. She has found that her love of the business extends to teaching those around her, and watching them excel.

Becoming A Virtual Assistant

This course will guide you on how to become a successful virtual assistant. You will learn about the responsibilities and tasks commonly assigned to virtual assistants, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks. The course will also cover essential skills such as organization, time management, and communication. Additionally, you will learn about the latest tools and technologies used in the virtual assisting industry, and how to effectively use them to increase your productivity and efficiency. By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to start your own virtual assistant business or secure a job as a virtual assistant.
